As you’re such a good fit for our company, there’s every chance the company you keep away from the office might also have all the attributes we’re looking to bring into the AJG family. That’s where our Employee Referral Program kicks in.

The program is designed to encourage existing AJG staff to refer outstanding and suitably qualified candidates they know for vacant positions across our business.

If the referred candidate is successful in gaining employment at AJG and passes their probation, the staff member that referred the candidate claims a referral award of between $2000-$3000, depending on the level of the role filled.

It’s our way of thanking you for helping us continue to bring in the best talent available in the market. And put simply, everyone’s a winner in this scenario – the business, the new member of staff, and you as the referee.

How can I contribute?

AJG’s HR Team advertises all vacant positions within the staff intranet. Current staff can refer potential candidates for any of these advertised roles.

The process of putting a candidate forward is straightforward. Simply fill in a brief Employee Referral Form highlighting. It’ll take you 5 minutes, but the impact could last for your friend’s entire career.
